Project Objectives:

To identify challenges faced by Sales Executives and propose effective solutions to overcome them. 7. To explore the relationship between customer satisfaction and sales performance from the perspective of a Sales Executive. 8. To develop recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales Executives in competitive markets.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a comprehensive literature review on the role and responsibilities of Sales Executives in various industries. 2. Present the research findings in a seminar or workshop format, demonstrating both verbal communication and presentation skills relevant to the sales field.
