Project Objectives:

To measure the impact of these initiatives on key organizational performance indicators such as productivity, retention rates, and overall company success.

To identify areas for improvement in the employee engagement strategies and recommend tailored solutions for enhancing employee engagement and overall organizational performance.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review on the importance of employee engagement in organizations and its impact on performance.

Analyze the existing employee engagement initiatives in the chosen global company through surveys, interviews, and performance data.

Evaluate the success of these initiatives in improving employee satisfaction, motivation, and performance.

Develop recommendations for enhancing employee engagement strategies based on the findings of the study.
