Currently, two Full-Time Employees (FTEs) are dedicated to manually monitoring and supporting production operations, including tracking job statuses, addressing abend jobs through manual intervention, and communicating with the client team via email to ensure smooth workflow execution. This project aims to automate routine job monitoring using an automation tool, which will notify the client team (via email or Maestro tickets) with abend job details for necessary actions. By implementing automation, the solution will reduce costs, effort, and time associated with manual monitoring while streamlining issue resolution for improved efficiency.
