Project Objectives:

To analyze the current market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.

To develop practical skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and competitive analysis within a dynamic business environment.

To understand the strategic processes involved in business development, including market research, proposal development, and partnership building.

To support the development and implementation of business strategies that align with the company’s short-term and long-term growth goals.

To enhance communication and negotiation skills through direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.

To contribute towards increasing sales pipelines and improving customer acquisition strategies by applying theoretical knowledge in real-world business contexts.

Project Tasks:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities relevant to the company’s industry.

Assist in generating leads through various channels including online platforms, cold calling, and networking events.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare pitch materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.

Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to gain firsthand experience in business negotiation and relationship management.

Analyze feedback and performance data to help optimize business development strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Support administrative tasks related to CRM systems, maintaining updated records of client interactions and sales activities.

Prepare reports summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations to guide decision-making processes within the business development team.
