Project Objectives:

Show professional judgment in prioritizing tasks and making decisions based on data analysis, business constraints, and resource availability to ensure actionable outcomes.

Project Tasks:

Select a specific business process within a local organization or simulated company setting (e.g., inventory management, customer service workflow, or order processing).

Conduct data collection through observations, interviews with staff, or review of existing records to map the current process flow and identify pain points.

Analyze the collected data to quantify inefficiencies such as delays, errors, or redundancies using simple metrics and visual tools (e.g., flowcharts, Pareto charts).

Research best practices and innovative solutions relevant to the identified issues and draft at least two practical recommendations for improvement.

Prepare a formal report that includes an executive summary, analysis methodology, findings, improvement suggestions, and anticipated benefits supported by relevant data.

Create a presentation summarizing the project findings and present it as if to a group of managers or stakeholders, addressing potential questions and justifying recommendations.

Reflect on time management, collaboration challenges, and decision-making processes encountered during the project, documenting lessons learned and potential next steps for implementation.
