
Objective of present work is to observe and understand current Performance Management System at Hansa Management Services Pvt Ltd. and the challenges experienced for retaining, rewarding, and training the human capital. And how designing competency framework for job roles can pay dividends in terms of retaining, rewarding, and identifying the training needs.
Scope of the project also revolves on identifying PMS process and competency matrix for job roles. Understanding whether the trainings conducted are in sync with the learning gaps identified based on the competency framework. And finally how competency framework can be designed and the steps undertaken to design a robust competency framework for the job roles in the organization.
Present work will also provide suggestions on understanding the impact of designing a robust competency framework to drive employee retention strategies, timely rewards and identifying the learning needs in sync with the gaps identified based on the competency framework (target vs actual)..
Designing questionnaire considering the ongoing practice in terms of designing competency framework, Performance Management System process, employee retention and the Identifying the learning gaps. Designing google forms for getting responses from various respondents for detailed data analysis. Using the BI or advance excel functionality to create co-relations, statistical models and analysis from the responses and data gathered through research and findings.
The researcher also must complete the report at the end of the project.
And finally, should present the project in a group presentation to mentor on the research and findings.
