Project Objectives:

To develop a user-friendly and efficient employee performance evaluation system for the Human Resource department.

To automate and streamline the performance evaluation process, reducing administrative burden and enhancing accuracy.

To provide managers with valuable insights into employee performance, facilitating effective decision-making regarding promotions, rewards, and training opportunities.

To foster a culture of transparency and fairness by ensuring consistent evaluation criteria and eliminating biases.

To enhance employee engagement and motivation by establishing clear performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing top performers.

Project Tasks:

Conduct comprehensive research on existing performance evaluation systems, considering industry best practices and emerging trends.

Collaborate with HR department personnel to gather requirements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for different job roles.

Design and develop a user-friendly web-based platform for conducting performance evaluations, utilizing appropriate technologies and frameworks.

Implement a secure authentication system and user roles to ensure data privacy and restrict access to authorized personnel.

Create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for managers and employees to input and review performance data.

Develop algorithms and reporting functionalities to calculate performance scores and generate performance reports.

Test the system thoroughly to identify and address any bugs or usability issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Provide training and support to HR personnel and managers for effective utilization of the performance evaluation system.
