Project Tasks:
Conduct interviews with key stakeholders such as QA team members, developers, and project managers to understand the current QA practices in place.
Review documentation related to QA processes, including test plans, test cases, and defect tracking reports.
Analyze the data gathered to identify strengths and weaknesses in the current QA practices.
Develop a report outlining findings and recommendations for enhancing the QA process.
Present the findings and recommendations to the QA team and other relevant stakeholders for feedback and discussion.
