Project Objectives:

Gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources (HR) management.

Develop a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Enhance skills in recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives while supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks.

Project Tasks:

Tasks

Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

Participate in the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and organizing employee training programs.

Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities or employee recognition programs.

Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and assisting in performance appraisal discussions.

Assist in the maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Maintain and update HR policies and procedures manuals, ensuring they align with current labor laws and internal practices.
