
Objective of present work is to describe how workforce diversity impacts the growth and scalability of the organization. The scope of the project is not limited to importance of diversity at workplace but also focuses on understanding best hiring practices, Equal Employment Opportunities at workplace, understanding the role of women employees in the growth of the organization, importance and scope of cultural diversity and inclusion at workplace.
Scope of the project also revolves on understanding equal pay, gender ratio (men, women and transgenders) in current business scenario and how the organization provides opportunities for career progression, inclusion of employees from different races, culture and traditions and its impact of organizational culture.
Present work will also include understanding the challenges the organization experiences in diversity hiring, mobility of human capital, availability of candidates across locations, socio-political scenarios affecting the diversity hiring and infrastructure.
Designing questionnaire considering the impact of diversity hiring in the organization, success stories, gender ratio, inclusion of workforce from different regions, cultures and traditions and the overall impact on the business and productivity and growth.
Using tools like Google forms or MS forms to design survey or questionnaire for receiving feedback from the target audience on the above-mentioned areas.
The researcher also must complete the report at the end of the project.
And finally, should present the project in a group presentation to mentor on the research and findings.
