Project Objectives:

To evaluate the current training program for financial advisors at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and identify any areas for improvement.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a review of current training materials and resources available to financial advisors at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.

Design and administer a survey to financial advisors to gather data on their perceived training needs and the effectiveness of the current training program.

Analyze sales performance data and compare it to the level of training received by financial advisors to identify any patterns or correlations.
