Project Objectives:

To analyze the current recruitment process in IT industry and identify key areas where AI technology can be implemented for efficiency

To evaluate different AI tools and software available in the market suitable for HR IT recruiters

To create a strategy for integrating AI technology in the recruiting process and measure its impact on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost per hire

To assess the feedback and satisfaction of HR recruiters and candidates with the use of AI technology in the recruitment process

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review on AI technology in recruitment and IT industry trends

Collect data on the current recruitment process in IT industry and identify pain points

Research and evaluate different AI tools and software for recruitment purposes

Develop a plan for implementing AI technology in the HR IT recruiter role

Design and conduct surveys or interviews to gather feedback from HR recruiters and candidates on the use of AI technology in recruitment

Analyze the data collected and present findings in a research report.
