Project Objectives:

To analyze current telecalling techniques and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales performance.

To develop and implement a training program for Senior Telecalling Officers to enhance their communication skills, product knowledge, and objection handling techniques.

To evaluate the impact of the training program on customer satisfaction scores, sales conversion rates, and overall performance of the telecalling team.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a thorough review of existing telecalling scripts, call handling procedures, and performance metrics.

Identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement in the telecalling process.

Design and deliver a training program for Senior Telecalling Officers focused on effective communication, building rapport with customers, and closing sales.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of the training program on customer satisfaction scores, sales conversion rates, and overall performance metrics.

Present findings and recommendations for ongoing improvement in telecalling techniques to senior management.
