Designing questionnaire considering the impact of LMS on the learning interventions in the organization, designing the course content, gauging learners’ engagement and the overall impact on the business and productivity and employee retention.
Using tools like Google forms or MS forms to design survey or questionnaire for receiving feedback from the target audience about their experience using the LMS. Should be proficient in using MS Excel for processing the data for analysis.
The researcher also must complete the report at the end of the project.
And finally, should present the project in a group presentation to mentor on the research and findings.
