
This project aims to execute an Omni-channel retail strategy that combines online and offline channels with multiple touchpoints to provide a frictionless customer shopping experience. It will enable features such as click-and-collect and in-store pickup, with a single view of inventory.
The project emerged out of the need to meet customer expectations of convenience, personalization, and flexibility in how customers shop and engage with the brand. This project brings together retail experts, e-commerce specialists, IT professionals, and marketing strategists.
Week 1-2 Initial Planning and Requirement Analysis
