Project Objectives:

To analyze the current heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in a commercial building and identify areas for potential efficiency improvements.

To research and recommend energy-efficient technologies and strategies for the HVAC system to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

To implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations in increasing the overall efficiency of the HVAC system.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing HVAC system, including equipment, controls, and maintenance practices.

Research and evaluate innovative technologies such as variable frequency drives, demand-controlled ventilation, and energy recovery ventilation for improving HVAC system efficiency.

Develop a proposal outlining specific recommendations for upgrading the HVAC system to enhance energy performance.

Implement the recommended upgrades and monitor the system performance to assess the impact on energy consumption and indoor air quality.

Prepare a final report summarizing the project findings, detailing the implemented improvements, and providing recommendations for further optimization.
