This project was aimed at developing an all-in-one project management tool that centralizes task management, timeline tracking, and resource allocation. In this regard, it improves coordination, transparency, and accountability among the members involved, hence improving project performance.
Weeks 1-2: Initial Planning and Requirement Analysis
Define the objectives, scope, and high-level requirements of the project

Implement options for creating, assigning, and tracking tasks

Integrate features for team collaboration, including communication tools and file-sharing
