The primary goal of this project is to understand and analyze how catchment area mapping can be effectively used to determine the ideal location and potential of a new branch—whether it be a retail store, bank branch, healthcare facility, or any other service-based outlet. Students will explore how geographic, demographic, and behavioral data can help identify high-potential areas for business expansion or optimization
