
The objective of this project is to develop a smart logistics and supply chain tracking system that monitors inventory movement, shipment status, and warehouse operations in real time. The system aims to improve transparency, reduce delivery delays, and optimize supply chain decision-making using data-driven insights.
Conduct requirement analysis for logistics operations including suppliers, warehouses, and delivery units.
Design database schema for inventory, shipments, orders, suppliers, and tracking updates.
Develop modules for order creation, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking.
Implement real-time tracking simulation using status updates (Dispatched, In Transit, Delivered).
Create warehouse inventory management with stock-in and stock-out features.
Develop automated alerts for low inventory levels and delayed shipments.
Implement role-based access for Admin, Warehouse Manager, and Delivery Staff.
Design dashboards displaying shipment status, inventory reports, and delivery performance.
Perform system testing for data accuracy and workflow validation.
Document ER diagrams, system architecture, and user manual.
