
The objective of the present work is to explore how Human Resources (HR) plays a critical role in shaping and sustaining organizational culture and facilitating effective change management. The scope of the project is, but not limited to, understanding the strategic interventions made by HR in defining cultural values, reinforcing behaviors aligned with organizational goals, and supporting employees through transitions during change initiatives.
The project also aims to examine how HR acts as a change agent by designing communication strategies, conducting training and development programs, and establishing feedback mechanisms during organizational change. The scope includes identifying challenges faced by HR professionals in managing cultural transformation and resistance to change.
The study will also focus on understanding how HR aligns leadership, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to drive sustainable cultural change. Suggestions and best practices will be drawn to enhance HR’s strategic role in change initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.
Designing a questionnaire to assess employee perceptions of organizational culture and the role of HR during recent or ongoing change initiatives.

Using tools like Google Forms or MS Forms to collect data, and MS Excel for organizing and analyzing responses.

Compiling findings into a structured report that includes insights, challenges, recommendations, and a roadmap for HR’s role in culture and change management.
