Project Objectives:

To analyze the user behaviour on emerging faith-based matchmaking platforms and understand their preferences and expectations.

To assess the level of digital trust that users have in these platforms, including factors such as privacy, security, and authenticity.

To evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies employed by faith-based matchmaking platforms in engaging users and fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Project Tasks:

Conduct a literature review to understand existing research on online matchmaking platforms, user behaviour, digital trust, and communication strategies.

Design and execute surveys and interviews to gather data on user behaviour, digital trust, and communication preferences among users of faith-based matchmaking platforms.

Analyze the data collected to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behaviour, digital trust, and communication strategies.

Develop recommendations for faith-based matchmaking platforms to enhance user experience, build trust, and improve communication strategies based on the research findings.
